The 23rd Light Artillery Regiment Badge was worn by members of the 23rd Light Artillery Regiment of the Polish Army in the Second Polish Republic. This regiment was formed in 1920 as the 23rd Field Artillery Regiment and its name was later changed in 1932. It was disbanded in 1939.

There are two versions that differ in inscription. The first version features initials that stand for "Pułk Artylerii Polowej" (Field Artillery Regiment) and the second version features initials that stand for "Pułk Artylerii Lekkiej" (Light Artillery Regiment).

There may be additional versions that differ in composition.
