History


This medal was founded by the Presidium of the National Assembly and it was conferred upon military and civilian personnel within the Construction Troops for a minimum of 10 years of service, or for exceptional merit.

The medal was designed based on work by Stoyan Lazarov and Raycho Peev, and it was discontinued in 1991.
