The Commemorative Decoration for the 100th Anniversary of the Ostend-Dover Ferry was established by Royal Decree on May 7, 1946, in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of ferry boat service between Ostend, Belgium and Dover, England. It was awarded to administrators, agents, and workers of the Administration of Marine Services for 25 years of service. Approximately 100 Decorations were awarded.
