Silver with blue and white enamels, maker marked "A.T" (A. Tillander), marked "813H" (813 Hopea = Silver), town marked, date marked "R.5" (1922) and marked with the National crown on the ring, 38.7 mm, replacement ribbon, chipping evident in the white enamels on the reverse, better than very fine.
The Order was established by Baron Mannerheim as an award to recognize foreign and Finnish military personnel and civilians for outstanding service to Finland.
