Physical Description


A straight armed cross pattée constructed of silver. The obverse bears an ovular medallion with the bust of King Ludwig II. The reverse bears an ovular medallion with the inscription "1818 26.V. 1918". On a loop for suspension with a light blue and white striped ribbon.

History


The Commemorative Cross for Parliament Members of Both Chambers for the 100th Anniversary of the Bavarian Constitution was established by King Ludwig II. It was conferred upon members of the Imperial Assembly (Reichsrat) as well as members of the Bavarian State Parliament (Landtag).
