The Bicycle Company 41 of former Staff Company Epp was founded after Freikorps Epp was renamed to Bayerischen Schützenkorps (Bavarian rifle corps) and absorbed into the provisional army of the Weimar Republic as 1. Bayerisches Schützen-Regiment 41 (1st Bavarian rifle regiment 41).

The medal is round and was made of bronze. The obverse features a soldier's head in profile, wearing a steel helmet.
The reverse is inscribed "RADF.KP.41 STABSKOMP.V.EPP WEIHNACHTEN 1919" (bicycle company 41 staff company von Epp Christmas 1919).
