I have found this great decoration, but I am not sure what it is! It could be a Chevalier De Bayard, but I haven't find an example of this. Its obverse inscription is "Sans peur et sans reproche", it has a pretty Italian crown on the top, along with a boar's head hallmark on the ring. I'm lost here, any help is very helpful… Thanks!

I'm pretty confident that's not a "Medaille de Sauvetage" from France.
It's a "Chevalier De Bayard" cross. A medal of Catholic Association.
Some time ago, one of this kind was on auction on the net.
