I can see where it is soldered together, but I don't see any other marks. A couple of dints here and there. Does the mark change the value? I put mine at $200 to try and make a minor profit one what I paid for the full lot of the estate.
Ribbon is for War Merit Cross, not Iron Cross. Is Magnetic ?

Yes the main cross part is magnetic. What does that mean?
The Core is iron, and so, magnetic.
