Yes. These"wings" are from my country, Spain.
The "Duchal" crown denotes that are from the 1939-1975 era. The "Franco" period.
This kind of insignia are known as ROKISKI, rememoring a soldier of that surname.
During the "Franco" era, there were, literaly, DOZENS of diferent "Wings or "Rokiski". Each "center" & colour denotes a different branch, school, senority, etc….
(Now, since 1976 onward they are more "standarized", less variations, & with the "Royal" crown, not "Duchal").
You can find a "rokiski" with an superimposed letters, "I", "P", etc denoting "Instructor", "Expert Parachutist", "Pilot", "Naval Pilot",etc… ; or find different enamels ONLY for each qualifition, like "mechanic", "engineer", "military lawyer", "logistic", "radio operator", etc…
For example: The blue one was only for "Musicians" of the Spanish Air force. There are too yellow enamels only for "medical" like Doctors, nurses, etc…
