A rectangular bar constructed of iron on a blue ribbon bar with yellow stripes. The rectangular bar bears an oval in the center with the number "10".

History


The Long Service Bar for NCOs (Non-Commissioned Officers) and EMs (Enlisted Men) for 10 Years was established by Duke Wilhelm of Brunswick in 1836. The bar was conferred upon those who rendered 10 years of active military service. It was discontinued in 1879.
