History

The Order of Ahmad the Conqueror (Wisam al-Fateh) was established by Amir 'Isa II bin Salmon al-Khalifa in 1976 in commemoration of the founder of the Al-Khalifa Dynasty, Khalifa bin Mohammed. The Order is conferred in a single grade to crown princes and vice-presidents in recognition of exceptional service to the state of Bahrain.

The Decoration is worn from a sash and issued with a Breast Star.
