The Second Conscript Medal (Medalla por la Segunda Conscripción) was authorized by the Congress of Argentina as commemoration of the official foundation of the Argentinian Army on January 28, 1896.

It was awarded to the members of the second conscripts, which was the second twenty-years-old generation that was trained by the National Guards.
