The Potosí Medal of 1865 (Medalla de Potosí de 1865) was authorized by the government of Potosí, in recognition of the troops under the command of General Manuel Melgarejo who defeated an insurgency army led by General Nicanor Flores on September 5, 1865.

The Medal features an obverse inscription that can be translate to "The Hero and Peacemaker of the Fatherland in 1865," and a reverse inscription that can be translate to "Potosi to General Mariano Melgarejo."
