The Medal for President Acha (Medalla para el Presidente Achá) was authorized by the government of José María Achá Valiente on May 4, 1861. He became president after he overthrown José María Linares in a military coup; Achá was the first president civilian of Bolivia.

It is not clear who was the recipient for this Medal.

The Medal features an obverse inscription that can be translate to "A Gift of the Cochabamba People," and a reverse inscription that translates to "To the President of the Republic."
