The Bolivian Order of Labor (Orden Boliviana del Trabajo) was established by decree on July 9, 1970. It was created to commemorate those civilians who fought for the rights of workers during the dictatorial ship in Bolivia.

Currently, the Order is conferred upon workers, technicians, and labor organization for their contributions to the economic development of Bolivia.

The Order consists of three grades: I Class, II Class and III Class.

The Order has no motto.
