The Order of the Five Volcanoes (Orden de los Cinco Volcanes) was instituted in Guatemala by decree on March 25, 1961. It is currently conferred in recognition of meritorious service in promoting Central American unity and integration. This Order is the second-highest award in the country.

The Order is awarded with four grades; Gold Grand Cross, Silver Grand Cross, Grand Officer, and Knight.
