History

The Royal Bahamas Police Medal for Long Service and Good Conduct is presented to Force members who have rendered 18 years of irreproachable service, who have not been the subject of punishments arising from disciplinary proceedings.

The obverse features the Coat of Arms of The Bahamas, while the reverse is inscribed with "FOR LONG SERVICE AND GOOD CONDUCT ROYAL BAHAMAS POLICE FORCE". The name and rank of the recipient is inscribed on the rim of the medal. A clasp may be awarded for further service.
