The Medal for the Proclamation of Carlos IV (Medalla de la Proclamación de Carlos IV) was part of a group of medals that were engraved in South America, in commemoration of the proclamation of Carlos IV as King of Spain and the Indias at the end of the 18th century. These Medals were mainly struck in Mexico, Peru, and Argentina.

There were engraved several designs of the Medal.
