The National Intelligence Reform Medal was established by the National Intelligence Awards Program on May 23, 2007. The Silver Medal was awarded to United States civilian and military personnel in recognition of extraordinary contributions which advance the goals and objectives of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Protection Act of 2004. The award of the Medal was discontinued in 2010.
