History

This medal was conferred upon individuals in recognition of meritorious service to Cambodian citizens in need, or for service with the National Aid Association (O.N.E.).

There have been a bar inscribed with the date of the award issued with this medal.

The obverse features an inscription in Khmer, which reads as "Khemara Patekar". The reverse is dated in Khmer.
