History

This Order is conferred upon foreign and Chinese military personnel in recognition of acts of gallantry in the interest of the Republic's national security. It is currently awarded.

The VII Class is issued on a ribbon with wide white stripe edged in yellow and bordered in red.

This Order is also known as the Order of the Resplendent Banner.

The reverse features Chinese characters.
