The badge itself is an oval medallion topped by two gold stars. The picture of the King (King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Deva) is in the center and surrounded by small red stones and small green stones. The gold collar has a double gold chain and is composed of gold knives, silver wreaths, silver crowns and a dagger.
