Physical Description

A six-pointed star, the obverse bears a blue enamel medallion with a plane in the center, the reverse is plain and inscribed with VIETNAM within a border inscribed with KHONG VU BOI TINH, with a winged suspension, on a dark blue, blue and white striped ribbon.
