Physical Description


A cross with frayed arms, with ornamental detailing and a point in each quadrant between the arms, the obverse center bears a circular field with a dragon in the center encompassed by a border inscribed with DANH DU BOI TINH, the reverse is plain, with an ornamental suspension, on a red, yellow and blue ribbon.

History


This medal was conferred in recognition of non-combat contributions to the organization and formation of the Armed Forces, and training troops and technical cadres.

The I Class Medal was awarded to Officers.
