Physical Description

A circular silver medal, the obverse bears rice vectors and a banner inscribed with KINH TE BOI TINH, with a detailed suspension at the top of foliage and berries, the reverse is plain and bears the inscription VIETNAM, on a green and red striped ribbon with a ribbon decoration of foliage and berries.
