Physical Description

A five-pointed white enamel cleft star, with a plain pointed star with ball finials in the quadrants between the points of the cleft star, the obverse bears a central medallion with a dragon and ancient coins within a border inscribed with BOI TINH TAI CHANH, the reverse is plain and bears the map of Vietnam, with the inscription VIETNAM, on blue and white striped ribbon.
