Physical Description


A six-pointed star with ball-finial rays between each point, the obverse bears a central medallion with two dragons holding a shield, encompassed by a border inscribed with QUAN PHONG BOI TING, the reverse is plain, on a red, blue and white striped ribbon.

History


The decoration was instituted on June 5, 1964.

The medal recognized the display of exemplary conduct and discipline.

This medal was locally manufactured.
