Physical Description

A cross with blue enameled arms ending in four arrows, the obverse bears a central medallion consisting of brown enamel with a map of Vietnam and an open ended wreath, the reverse is plain and inscribed V.N.C.H and CHIEN TRUONG HGOAI BIEN BOI TINH, on a blue ribbon with white stripes.

History

This medal was awarded for service in campaigns in Cambodia and Laos.

Medals bear a ribbon decoration consisting of a simple bar with the inscription KAMPUCHEA for Cambodia or HA-LAO for Laos.
