Physical Description


A Bath cross constructed of bronze and enamels, with a green enamel wreath in the quadrants between the arms, the obverse center bears a circular red enamel medallion with a dagger superimposed over two crossed rifles, encompassed by a border inscribed with TUC QUAN VINH- CONG, the reverse is plain and bears a central inscription of VIET-NAM encompassed by a ribbed border, on a red, green and purple ribbon.

History


This medal was conferred upon Army personnel in recognition of outstanding combat and non-combat service.

Awarded to NCO's and Enlisted Men for citations and wounds in combat or line of duty, or exceptional achievements that reflect great credit or benefit to the Army in any field.
