Physical Description


A Bath cross, with a central medallion bearing an eight-pointed star, on a white enamel field, encompassed with a ship wheel and blue enamel, bordered with yellow enamel and the inscription HAI-QUAN VINH-CONG, the reverse bears the inscription VIETNAM in the center encompassed by a a ribbed border, on a blue, green and white striped ribbon.

This medal was conferred upon Navy personnel in recognition of outstanding combat and non-combat service.
