History

This Order was awarded to social and public organizations, individuals, and collectives in recognition of extraordinary services that fostered the economic growth of Albania.

The Order was expanded in 1945 to include three badges grades and a medal.

This medal had several design variations. For instance, the surmounting suspension ring may be separately attached or be part of the medal, the reverse may be smooth or stippled, and the pin on the reverse may be horizontal or vertical.
