Physical Description


A circular medal, the obverse bears the bust of Alfonso XIII with the inscription ALPHONSUS XIII D.G. HISP. REX., the reverse bears the date 17 MAII 1902 topped with a royal crown encompassed by a wreath of laurel and oak, with loop for suspension on a red ribbon.

The medal was founded to commemorate the coming of age, and coronation, of Alfonso XIII.
