A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse bears a Geneva cross encompassed by a wreath of palm and laurel, topped with a royal crown, the reverse bears the inscription CAMPANAS Y REPATRIACION DE / L CRUZ ROJA ESPANOLA 1895-1899, with an oak leaf wreath suspension, on a red and white ribbon.
