A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse bears the busts of Carlos VII and Jaime III, encompassed by the inscription DIOS PATRIA REY 1872 - 76- 1924, the reverse bears a crowned cipher C7, with three fleur de lis, on a yellow and red ribbon.
