History


The Cross for Aragón was instituted in Spain by the regency of Espartero in recognition of the members of the National Militia of Aragón who participated in the repression of the uprising in November 1841.

The Cross features a reverse inscription that translates "To the Loyal Troops of Aragón and its National Militia on November 15, 1841."
