History


The Cross for the Hunters of the M.N.V. of Zaragoza was established in 1842 in recognition of the members of the 2nd Battalion of the National Volunteer Militia (M.N.V.) of Zaragoza who captured the Carlists Generals Evaristo and Cabrera.

The Cross features an obverse inscription that translates to "Hunters of the 2nd Battalion of the M.N.V. of Zaragoza."
