The Medal for Tuy and Vigo was authorized by the Kingdom of Galicia early 1810. It was awarded to the military personnel who participated in the reconquest of the cities of Tuy and Vito from French control at the Peninsular War.

The Medal features an obverse inscription that could be translated to "To Merit Obtained at Vigo and Tuy, Grateful Fatherland, Unity makes Strength." The Medal may have a plain reverse.
