Physical Description


In the shape of the irregular rectangle, the obverse bears the image of a man sitting with one leg crossed with the inscription LA PATRIA AL EJERCITO EN CAMPANA, encompassed by a partial wreath of laurel and oak, the reverse bears the coat of arms of Spain with the inscription ESPANA below, again encompassed by a partial wreath of laurel and oak, with a crown suspension and loop on a yellow ribbon with light blue stripes.

History


The medal was created by merging the campaign medals for Cuba, Morocco, and the Philippines.

The ribbon may be decorated with clasps reading, "CUBA", "FILIPINAS", "MARRUECOS".
