The Arab Campaign Medal was awarded to Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, and other personnel of the Force Publique in the Congo Free State for service in the two-year campaign against Arab slave traders that took place from 1892-1894.

The obverse features an inscription that translates to "Leopold II King Sovereign of the State of Congo,” and the reverse features an inscription that translates to "Arab Campaign."
