History

Established in commemoration of the 325 year anniversary of the Royal Life Guards of Denmark, this medal was awarded to members of the Guards Association for virtuous service.

For former or current presidents of the association who have rendered at least 10 years of service, board members and other officials who have rendered service for at least 15 years, and in exceptional cases individuals who are not members of the association who have rendered significant contributions to the association.
