Decoration for the Patriot Resistant to the De Facto Annexation, Bronze Medal

This Decoration was awarded to those from the Alsace-Moselle (Alsace-Lorraine) region who were forced out of their homes prior to June 25, 1940, refused to return, and, in fact, did not return before the end of the Second World War. It was also awarded to those from other departments who lived in Alsace-Moselle and who fled when the territory was annexed. The recipients must be holders Patriot Resistant to the De Facto Annexation Card.
The reverse inscription translates to “Patriot Resistant to the De Facto Annexation.”
