This Medal was awarded by the Governor-General of Indochina to workers in the Indochinese Radio Service for long and faithful service. The Bronze Medal was awarded for 15 years of service, and the Silver Medal was awarded for 20 years of service.

The obverse inscription translates to “French Republic, Indochina,” and the reverse inscription translates to “Electric Radio Service, Labour, Honour, Devotion.”
