History


This Medal was established by the Council of Ministers, and it was conferred upon members of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party (MSZMP) who had rendered meritorious and charitable services.

Eligibility for the Medal was restricted to individuals who had been a member of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party (MSZMP) for at least 5 years.
