History

This Medal is conferred upon members of the Slovenian Armed Forces in recognition of outstanding devotion and performance of duties in a position of command in international operations.

The obverse design of the medal consists of the portrait of General Franc Rozman Stane.

The reverse of the medal is engraved with the full name of the recipient and the year of conferral.

October 7, 2011, was the first time the Medal was conferred.
