History

A round disc (Armscheibe) with a Siegrune was worn by the DJ equivalent officer ranks, both non-commissioned and commissioned. It was worn on the upper left sleeve.

It is unknown when this was first introduced, but unofficially it was done before 1933. Standardization was achieved in 1935.

Arm discs for members of an Adolf Hitler School (AHS) were introduced on April 30, 1937. They feature a white rune on black.
