The Naval HJ overcoat was introduced in a regulation from 1934. It was worn by non-officer members as part of the service dress (Dienstkleidung) during the winter months (October 15 to April 14). It was also worn by Hitler Youth War Auxiliaries of the Kriegsmarine.
