History
This firm was founded in 1837, and was the principle manufacturer of the Order of the Crown. Originally, they manufactured in Austria, before moving to Romania in the early 1900s. They made all Romanian Orders until 1947, the year the Kingdom came to an end. For their higher end pieces, the J.R.F stamp was used, while the lower class insignia were often seen with the mark I.R. During the Second World War, their address was Calea Victoriei 52.
