The Ras Al Khaima Order of the Tower of Al Qassimi was instituted by the emirate of Ras Al Khaima in 1981. The Order was named in honour of the ruling family of the emirate of Ras Al Khaima and is conferred in 4 Classes in recognition of distinguished service to the government of Ras Al Khaima.

The III Class is awarded to senior civil servants, officers of the armed forces, and police of the rank of major or above.

The III Class Decoration is worn around the neck from a ribbon.

The obverse features an Arabic inscription which translates to "Tower of Qassimi."
