The Ras Al Khaima Order of the Tower of Al Qassimi was instituted by the emirate of Ras Al Khaima in 1981. The Order was named in honour of the ruling family of the emirate of Ras Al Khaima and is conferred in 4 Classes in recognition of distinguished service to the government of Ras Al Khaima.
The IV Class is awarded to civil servants, officers, and other members of the armed forces, as well as to police of the rank of captain or below.
The obverse features an Arabic inscription which translates to "Tower of Qassimi."
