    The Decoration consists of a five-pointed star encompassing with two crossed branches of laurel on the base, along with a rectangular base inscribed by the motto. The obverse centre displays an enameled Chilean coat of arms. The Star is suspended by a flying condor in the same metal, with a white ribbon with two blue stripes on the centre, on a horizontal Officer hanger.
